What is North Pole Storage
We are more than just a storage company we are your holiday partners. We provide a white-glove Valet Seasonal Storage service designed to take the headache out of the holidays.
Instead of climbing rickety ladders into dusty attics or stuffing decorations into a damp garage, we offer a seamless cycle of convenience
The Pickup (January): When the festivities end, you pack your items into our premium, secure bins. In the second week of January, our team arrives to whisk them away.
The Stay: Your items are transported to our secure, climate-controlled facility. They stay safe from temperature swings, pests, and humidity all year long.
The Delivery (November): Ready to decorate? We deliver your bins directly to your doorstep during the first or last week of November (your choice!), so you can start the season with zero stress.
Cost
Simple, Transparent Pricing: We believe in hassle-free holidays, and that includes our pricing. Our monthly flat rates are all-inclusive with absolutely no hidden fees. Choose the tier that fits your festive spirit:
Tier One ($30/month): Includes 2 heavy-duty storage bins (27-gallon) and 1 oversized item.
Tier Two ($55/month): Includes 3–5 heavy-duty storage bins (27-gallon) and 1 over-sized item.
Tier Three ($95/month): Includes 6–9 heavy-duty storage bins (27-gallon) and 2 over-sized items.
Flexibility & Fit Need to customize your space? We offer full flexibility within your tier. You can swap up to two standard bins for an additional over-sized item, or trade an over-sized item allowance for one extra bin.
Over-sized Item Definition: Items must fit within 5’ height x 3’ width x 3’ depth.
Examples: Artificial Christmas trees, outdoor reindeer, large holiday sign, or large Santa figures.
Recommendations
To ensure your items stay safe and our operations run smoothly, we have a few guidelines.
We require the use of North Pole Storage bins.
Why? Our bins are industrial-grade and crush-resistant. Mismatched cardboard boxes sag and collapse over time; our bins do not.
Note: We will deliver these empty bins to you prior to your first pickup!
Security & Locks
We take security seriously. We recommend locking your bins for peace of mind.
We Provide: We can provide serialized locks.
You Provide: You are welcome to use your own padlocks if you prefer.
Heirlooms & Valuables
While the facility is secure and climate-controlled, natural disasters (however rare) are out of our control.
Our Recommendation: If you have a priceless family heirloom or a fragile antique that is completely irreplaceable, we recommend keeping that specific item at home. We want to ensure your absolute peace of mind.
